Model Megan Gale: “Most mornings I eat Coco-Nutty Granola”

In our regular “Three Bites” posts, we ask fab sugar-free fans to share their eating tricks. First up, the delightful model and TV host Megan Gale.

Megan’s been a model for more than 20 years and is the face of L’Oreal Paris. She’s also a host, judge and producer of Project Runway Australia, and creative director of her own swimwear label Isola by Megan Gale. Oh, and a little while back she quit sugar and tweeted us to say she’d bought the book and had plunged into the program.To read her results, click here.

“Three Bites” with Megan Gale

I go old-school for breakfast, with a twist: Most mornings I eat Weetbix with hazelnut milk topped with a small handful of blueberries and some Coco-Nutty Granola from the I Quit Sugar Cookbook! 

My other breakfast option I love to make is soft boiled eggs on rye or sourdough with either avocado or smoked salmon. If I’m hungry I’ll have both!

My not-so-guilty treat is haloumi cheese: It is delicious, especially when grilled and quite addictive! I’ll add it to a stir fry, a salad or just eat it by itself.

    I’ve been following your IQS book for a few months now and I’ve lost 5kg, approx one dress size. I feel less stress and anxiety in my daily life. I have more energy and I am motivated to exercise now, whereas before it was a chore. I love this lifestyle! I don’t feel like I am missing out.
