How much does it cost?
The 8-Week Program costs AUD $150.
Will I lose weight?
The 8-Week Program is geared towards helping you quit sugar, and while weight loss isn’t the focus, many people find that they do lose weight when they quit sugar.
Can I do the Program with my family?
Absolutely. We've had lots of families quit sugar together on the 8-Week Program. The recipes on the Program serve one, but you can easily multiply these by the number of people in your family. If you need any help adjusting the meals, we’re always on hand in the online Forums.
Can I do the Program overseas?
Absolutely! Everything you need to do the Program is online. Plus, we have seasonal Meal Plans, so you can take your pick from the Summer or Winter options, depending on how the weather is in your neck of the woods.
Can I eat fruit?
Short answer: Yes. But during the first few weeks of the Program, we do recommend cutting out all fruit to break your sugar addiction and allow your body to recalibrate. (Don’t worry: Our Program is packed with a range of fresh foods, so you won’t miss out on any nutrients!) After this short period, we gently reintroduce fruit and see how your body handles it.
Do I have to give up coffee and alcohol?
No, not necessarily, but keep in mind these drinks can place additional strain on your body as it tries to detox. It’s best to cut your body some slack and stick to no more than one coffee and one standard drink of alcohol a day.
Does quitting sugar mean giving it up forever?
When you quit sugar, you also cut out a lot of processed junk and focus on Just Eating Real Food (JERF!). In doing this, your taste buds begin to change and you find that you actually don’t want or need that ‘sweet fix’ in the same way that you once did. You can get away with eating a lot less of the stuff. This is what we like to call food freedom, and it’s our job is to get you there. In the end, you really cut back on the amount of added sugar and processed foods in your diet, and ideally stick to no more than 6-9 teaspoons of added sugar a day.
Vegan or vegetarian?
While we do offer a Vegetarian Meal Plan, we unfortunately do not provide vegan options on our Vegetarian recipes.
I can’t eat [---] can I do the Program
Whether you’re dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, Paleo, egg-free, low FODMAP, know this: we design our Meal Plans to be as adaptable as possible so you can swap ingredients and recipes in and out as necessary. We encourage you to be as creative and imaginative as you can with recipes – don’t be afraid to try something new or think outside the box! We also provide gluten-free, dairy-free and Paleo options on all of our 8-Week Program recipes. If you need extra advice on food swaps, simply post in the Forums or email us – we’re a friendly bunch and always happy to help you out!
I have a medical condition, is the 8-Week Program suitable for me?
The 8-Week Program Meal Plans are based around fresh, whole foods, but as with any medical condition, we strongly recommend that you chat to your doctor before making any significant changes to your diet.
Can I do this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes you can, but you may need to make a few adjustments to suit. We encourage participants to focus on three meals per day and minimise snacking during the Program, however we wouldn't advise the same for a pregnant or breastfeeding woman. You can read more about that here.

It might be a good idea to have a chat to your midwife or healthcare provider to clarify any questions or issues you may have.
How long will I have access to the Program?
You’ll have access to all of the Program information, forums and recipes for eight weeks. We also grant a grace period of 2 weeks post-Program to cater to people who may wish to start a little later.
