I Quit Sugar - Hasselback Haloumi + Anti-Inflammatory Drizzle

Ever heard of Hasselback potatoes? Delicious, aren’t they?

Well, we think we may have just knocked things out of the park with this Hasselback haloumi dish. Yep, we’ve taken a head of broccoli and stuffed it with haloumi. One word: epic!

The best bit about this recipe is that while it looks impressive, it literally takes 10 minutes to cook and is a super healthy family meal. Whip it up for a fun and fancy side dish or add some chickpeas to the tray before roasting for a balanced meal. With a delicious anti-inflammatory drizzle to finish, this veggie dish packs a healthy punch too.

Enjoy…
