One of our local cafés is practically famous for its delectable banana coffee milkshakes.
The combo of frozen banana and roasted coffee just can’t be beat on a hot day (or any day). But the milkshakes contain too much sugar for us to enjoy regularly, so we thought we’d share an IQS-friendly version!
We’ve subbed out the syrup and added cinnamon and coconut to keep it sweet. And hot tip: use frozen banana and a spoon of chia seeds to make this stuck-in-your-straw thick.
