This brekkie recipe combines two of our very favourite foods (eggs and avocado) to create the mother of all morning meals.

It’s packed with tomatoes and sweet potatoes to kick start your chilly winter mornings. And a healthy dash of guac on the side for good measure.

All made in one pot. In less than half an hour. You’ll be cracking on with the rest of your weekend in no time!
