Tell us about what you do and why?
I love working as an exercise professional as I get to experience first-hand the power of health in making lives better. From people having more confidence to moving pain-free, helping people achieve their goals is the greatest reward for me.
Why are you such a firm believer in the IQS philosophy?
I love the IQS philosophy as it is based on eating real food and limiting the processed stuff. It’s more about abundance than restriction which creates a healthy relationship with food.
The IQS Team are coming for dinner. What are you cooking us?
I love cooking for friends and family and what I cook usually depends on what’s in season. One of my favourites is crispy skin salmon with sweet potato mash (secret ingredient coconut cream) and stir-fried Asian greens. Perhaps with one of the cheeky IQS recipes for dessert. Simple, fresh and full of goodness.

Keep moving! I’m too old, too busy, too tired to exercise. I’ve heard all the excuses under the sun but finding a way to keep moving will enable you to look, feel and perform better every day.
