Tell us about what you do and why?

As a doctor in the NHS, I see the effects of poor dietary and lifestyle choices every day and I noticed some patients were quite misinformed about nutrition. So, I plucked up the courage to get behind a camera and literally show my patients how to get phenomenal ingredients with potential health benefits onto their plate. I started “The Doctor’s Kitchen” and I create recipes to inspire patients and colleagues about the medicinal effects of eating well.
