Kate Callaghan is an holistic dietitian, nutritionist and personal trainer who is a firm believer in food as medicine. She lives by the philosophy of “Eat well. Train smart. Be kind.” which we agree, is just a little bit great.

Tell us about what you do and why?

Having experienced hormonal chaos and infertility myself, I managed to heal myself naturally and conceive two beautiful children, with real food and lifestyle changes. I am passionate about helping other women balance their hormones, for long-term health and happiness, using food, movement, stress management, self-care and smart supplementation.

Why are you such a firm believer in the IQS philosophy?

Because it’s based on real food, applied in a realistic and sustainable manner with not just the individual, but also the environment, in mind. It’s not a fad – it’s about setting up a solid foundation for long-term health.
