  • Our awesome Customer Support team is always online during our Community Operating Hours*. 
  • The Customer Support team can help with all your IQS-related questions. They can also refer any technical site issues to our wonderful tech team.

2. Are you part of the 8-Week Program?

  • Our 8-Week Program Forums are the best place for you to ask (and for us to answer) all of your Program-related questions.
  • They’re also the ideal place to seek advice and guidance from our panel of experts and ambassadors, or find support and share tips with other Program members.
  • We can also be found in the community forums during business hours, to help answer any questions you may have.

3. Still need help with an answer?

  • Email us at info@iquitsugar.com and we’ll endeavour to get back to you as quickly as we can, typically within 1–2 business days.

4. What can IQS do for you?

  • During business hours, we’re here to support you via email and live chat. We’ll also answer your questions on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and via the blog.
  • During the 8-Week Program, we also offer 24/7 access to our lively online community forums. As a team, we’ll check in on the forums to answer any specific questions, or revert any curly health questions to our panel of experts to answer on our behalf.

5. Shipping Terms and Conditions.

    • Our return policy:

      • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
      • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return sender. This time period includes the transit time it takes for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), the time it takes to process your request (3–5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5–10 business days).
      • We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
      • If you need to return an item, simply log into your account on our store page, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
    • Our shipping policy:
      • Currently we only ship within Australia.
      • Our flat-rate shipping fee is $12, which means the price stays the same, no matter how many items you purchase! (Sweet, huh?)
      • Your shipping price will always be displayed before final payment is made.

  • Monday to Friday: 9am – 5:30pm
  • Sunday: 9am – 2pm
  • Please note that our operating hours on Saturday and Sunday can vary.
