If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll likely be very familiar with our core philosophies and reasons for ditching the sweet stuff.

But did you know that over 50 per cent of Aussies still exceed the daily sugar intake recommended by the World Health Organisation’s (WHO)?

Worse still, 76 per cent of teens are exceeding their daily limit, in large part due to their consumption of sugary soft drinks.

So, what can you do?

Put simply, we need you to help us spread the word! Sugar is everywhere and even if you’re trying to steer clear it’s virtually impossible with research suggesting up to 74 per cent of packaged foods contain some hidden sugars. Plus, with more than 70 different names for the sweet stuff, education is key. Here’s what you need to know…
