Stressful week? Feeling a little run down? A bowl of this Warming Ayurvedic Dahl is sure to sort you out.

This recipe comes from Holistic Health Coach (and our good mate) Katie Graham.

Working from Ayurvedic principles, Katie’s packed this curry with a HEAP of veg, protein and a super blend of anti-inflammatory spices (hello turmeric!) to heal and nourish from the inside out (without everything just tasting like raw kale).

We suggest whipping up a big batch and freezing it in individual portions, so you’ve always got a feel-good meal on hand. But the way this one tastes… well, we bet it doesn’t stay in the freezer very long!
