Rising star Isabelle Cornish has graced Australian TV screens in hit shows like Home and Away and Puberty Blues. She is the face of Adidas Australia, was crowned Australia’s Sexiest Vegetarian 2013 by PETA Australia (!) and is our newest vegetarian I Quit Sugar 8-Week Program recruit. Phew!

We fell in love with Isabelle over Instagram – admittedly it was the IQS treats she was whipping up that first caught our eye – but on closer inspection (okay we were stalking her) we realised she just oozes good health, and we had to invite her to take part in our next “Three Bites”.

“Three Bites” with Isabelle Cornish

My favourite sugar-free snack is making cacao coconut roughs. I combine coconut flakes, almond butter, chia seeds, walnuts, raw cacao powder, coconut oil, stevia and rice malt syrup and pour into moulds. I then pop them in the fridge to set. They’re so delicious!

My morning routine is usually waking at around 6am, having a bowl of warm oats before a hot yoga class at 7:30am, then home to shower and rehydrate with a glass of coconut water.

This health habit is weird, but it really does work: I make avocado and cacao ice cubes and keep them in the freezer for whenever I’m craving something a little sweet.

Here’s a little sneak peek into Isabelle’s Instagram account:

Looks like something our Community Editor, Jordy, would eat for lunch #eattherainbow

Green smoothie

Green smoothie in a jar? Girl after our own heart!

Farmers Market spread

We’d be pretty stocked with a veggie loot like that too!

Raw Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake

This was our “pinch me” moment. Isabelle Cornish making our Raw Chocolate + Raspberry Cheesecake.

Isabelle Cornish eats capsicum like apple

Gotta love a girl who eats a capsicum like an apple. Yum!
