Last year we delved into how much sugar’s in a dollop of sauce and boy-oh-boy was it an eye-opener!

So we decided to do another round… this time, with salad dressing!

It’s a common misconception that these bottles boast nothing more than some vinegar, oil and herbs – with no nasties. In reality, many are packed with the sweet stuff.

We’ve worked out that the average squirt of salad dressing is around 30g and set out to discover just how much of the sweet stuff is hiding in these popular dressings…
