I Quit Sugar - Foolproof Hummus

We've made this Hummus recipe absolutely foolproof. Just take the ingredients and blitz together until smooth - you can't muck it up!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas.
  • 2 tablespoons tahini.
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced.
  • 1 lemon, juiced.
  • 1/4 cup exta virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle.
  • sea salt, to season.
  • pinch of paprika.

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.

2. To serve, drizzle with a little extra olive oil.
