Sugar-free isn’t a fad

I Quit Sugar - Why sugar free isn't a fad

Finally, researchers agree that the sugar-free life isn’t a fad!

But before we shout “we know!”, we’ll let this latest report do the talking…

More consumers are cutting back on sugar.

That’s you guys! With warnings about obesity, type 2 diabetes and countries jumping on board with the sugar tax, more and more people globally have made the move away from sugar-laden products. In fact, to date we’ve had a whopping 72,236 of you join us on our 8-Week Program to begin your sugar-free journey!

And, manufacturers are joining us…

Snacks are becoming healthier, fizzy drink is on its way out (hopefully!) and with people becoming more interested in what’s in their products, manufacturers are finally having to listen. Back in May, some confectionery giants even made a public commitment that they’d cut back on the sugar in their products by 2022. While that seems like forever away, it’s a step in the right direction. Seeing big corporations make changes due to health trends all helps to reinforce the sugar-free message we live and breathe.

Most of all, it’s a way of life!

Fads come and go… but put simply, sugar-free isn’t a fad because it’s a way of life. Once you feel the benefits of being sugar-free (clear skin, more energy and better sleep) you’ll never go back to the sweet-stuff.

Keen to enjoy all those benefits? Check out how you can join our 8-Week Program too!
