I was tired of quick fixes.

It was time to make a sustainable change to my health that would keep my weight down once and for all.

I knew my nutrition wasn’t great, but honestly had no idea where to start. I’d heard sugar was  bad for you, but I had no idea exactly how much I was eating!

The IQS recipes and tips were fantastic support in the first few weeks.

I just didn’t realise how much sugar is put into processed food until I read more into it on the Program. I was shocked!

I’ve lost 10kg (and counting).

And all without crazy amounts of exercise! I’ve had bad gut health for years and the symptoms have nearly all disappeared.

I sleep better at night and have a lot more energy in the mornings. Working in breakfast radio and waking up at 4:30am every day can be hard. I still don’t leap out of bed, but I definitely feel brighter and fresher than ever before.

I will definitely be keeping this up!
