By now you’re probably well aware of how we love to sneak in as many veggies as possible when creating new recipes.

And the humble smoothie is no different! But, what you might be surprised to find out is that this choc mint blend also contains cauliflower. Yep, you heard right! We’ve used leftover cauli and zucchini to create the creamiest smoothie yet.

Packed with protein and healthy fats from the addition of cashews, this totally toteable brekkie is the perfect solution for when you’re in a hurry.

It’s a great one to get the kids eating their veg too…
