Account login

I can’t log in to my account

First, double-check you’re using the email address you bought the program with — not a different one. Reset your password at iquitsugar.com/account/login.

Reset emails come from noreply@shopify.com and Gmail sometimes holds them in the Promotions tab or Spam folder. Search Gmail for from:noreply@shopify.com. If you find one, mark it "Not Spam" so future emails land properly.

If you still haven’t received anything after 10 minutes, email support@iquitsugar.com with the email address you used and we’ll send you a manual activation link.

I never received my password reset email

Three places to check in Gmail before getting in touch: Promotions tab, Spam, and All Mail. Search from:noreply@shopify.com or subject:"Reset your password".

If you don’t use Gmail, check your spam/junk folder — reset emails from new senders are commonly filtered.

Still nothing? Email us and we’ll send you a one-time activation link manually.

How do I change my email address?

Log in to your account at iquitsugar.com/account → Profile → update your email and save. If you can’t access the account because the old email is wrong, email us at support@iquitsugar.com with proof of purchase (order confirmation screenshot) and we’ll update it for you.

Why does it say I don’t have an account?

Most often, this means you checked out as a guest at purchase and never created a password. Click "Sign up" at the login page and use the same email you bought with — your past orders will appear once you’re in.

If you’re sure you had an account, the email you’re entering might be different to your purchase email (e.g. work vs personal). Try the other one.

How do I update my password?

If you’re already logged in: Account → Profile → Password → enter a new one.

If you’re locked out: use the Forgot password link on the login page. A reset email will arrive within 1–5 minutes (check Promotions/Spam if it doesn’t).

Program access

Where do I access the program after buying?

Log in at iquitsugar.com/account/login using the email you bought with. Your member portal lives at iquitsugar.com/pages/bloat-8wp-landing-page.

You’ll also get a welcome email within an hour of purchase with a direct link.

When does the next content unlock?

We unlock the following week’s plan every Wednesday. Week 1 unlocks the day your cohort begins (Monday). All content stays available for the full 8 weeks plus 12 weeks of alumni access after.

I bought it but the content is locked

Two common causes:

1. Your cohort hasn’t started yet. Programs run as monthly cohorts — doors open the first Monday of each month. Check your welcome email for your cohort’s start date.

2. You’re logged in with a different email than you bought with. Check your order confirmation email — use that email at login.

If neither fits, email us with your order number and we’ll check on our end.

What if I miss a week?

Totally fine. All content stays available through your cohort for the full 8 weeks plus 12 weeks of alumni access. Most members miss at least one week — the program is designed to absorb that.

If you’re falling behind and feeling stuck, drop us an email — we’ll help you triage which weeks to focus on.

Can I print the meal plans and shopping lists?

Yes — every weekly content page has a printable PDF download. You’ll find the link at the top of each week’s page under "Take it with you".

The shopping list is also available in metric and imperial.

How long do I have access for?

8 weeks of full content + 12 weeks of alumni access (recipes, meal plans, the science library) afterwards. So 20 weeks total from your cohort’s start date.

The eBooks you receive as part of the program are yours forever.

Food dietary

Does the program work for vegetarians?

Yes. Every meal plan has both omnivore and vegetarian tracks. You pick which one suits you each week.

Is the program gluten-free / dairy-free friendly?

Every recipe in the program includes gluten-free and dairy-free swap suggestions. If you have coeliac disease or a serious allergy, you can comfortably do the entire program GF/DF.

I’m on Ozempic/Mounjaro — is this safe?

Yes — and we’ve included a GLP-1 Companion Guide specifically for members on Ozempic, Mounjaro and similar. It’s a protein-first protocol that protects muscle on the way down and works alongside the medication.

As always, run any major dietary change past your prescribing doctor.

Is this safe while pregnant or breastfeeding?

The food itself is real, whole, nutritionist-developed food — safe in pregnancy and lactation. The protocol asks you to reduce sugar, which is also fine.

Always check with your obstetrician or midwife before making any dietary change, particularly if you’re managing gestational diabetes.

I have an autoimmune condition. Will this help or hurt?

Most autoimmune conditions improve when systemic inflammation drops — and cutting fructose is one of the most effective inflammation levers available. We’ve had members with Hashimoto’s, rheumatoid arthritis, eczema and psoriasis report dramatic improvements.

Always check with your specialist before changing your diet, particularly if you’re on medication.

Technical

Videos won’t play / are buffering

Try these in order:

1. Refresh the page
2. Try a different browser (Chrome or Safari work best)
3. Disable any browser extensions / ad-blockers — they sometimes block our video player
4. Check your internet connection speed (videos need ~5Mbps minimum)

If you’ve tried all four and it’s still not working, email us with: which video, which browser, and a screenshot of any error message.

The download button isn’t working

Most often this is a browser pop-up blocker. Try: right-click the download button → Save link as… (Mac: Control + click).

On iPhone, long-press the download and choose Download Linked File.

Still not working? Email us with the page URL and we’ll send you the file directly.

How do I save a wallpaper to my phone?

iPhone: Long-press the wallpaper image → Add to Photos. Then open Photos, find the image, tap the share icon → Use as Wallpaper.

Android: Long-press the image → Download image. Then open your Files/Photos app, find the image, set as wallpaper from your phone’s settings.

The site looks broken / sections aren’t loading

Try: hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+F5 on Windows). Clears the cached version.

If that doesn’t fix it, try a different browser or incognito mode — this rules out browser extension conflicts.

Still broken? Email us with: your browser + version, your operating system, the page URL, and a screenshot. We’ll investigate from there.

Refunds billing

What’s your refund policy?

Because our programs are digital and content unlocks weekly, refunds are not available once the program has started. The first content unlock counts as the start.

Before your cohort begins: we’re happy to refund or transfer you to a future cohort — just email us within 7 days of purchase and before your start date.

If you’ve hit an exceptional life circumstance (medical, bereavement, etc.) reach out anyway. We assess these case-by-case with kindness.

Can I pause or transfer my cohort?

Yes — if you haven’t started yet. Email us with your order number before your cohort’s first Monday and we’ll move you to a future cohort at no charge.

If your cohort has already started, we keep your content available for the full 8 weeks plus a 12-week alumni window, so you can pick up where you left off whenever you’re ready.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes — we offer Afterpay (4 fortnightly payments of $32.50, no interest, no fees) for Australian customers at checkout. Just pick Afterpay as your payment method.

I was charged twice / I see a duplicate charge

Most "duplicate" charges are a real charge plus an authorisation hold that drops off within 3–5 business days. Check your bank statement after a week.

If you genuinely paid twice (two completed orders, not pending), email us with both order numbers and a screenshot — we’ll get it sorted.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

No. IQS programs are one-off purchases. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, no surprise charges. You buy once and that’s it.
