Learning to read food labels

To properly quit sugar, you need to be aware of hidden sugars to ensure you’re keeping to 6-9 teaspoons or less of the stuff a day. Eat real, whole foods as much as possible, but when you don’t, take time to pause in the supermarket aisle and read labels. Make smart choices by comparing sugar content.
