Cacao and Coconut Smoothie
- 1 fresh young coconut
- 1 tablespoon avocado
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- tiny pinch of sea salt
- cacao nibs, optional
- Place all ingredients except cacao nibs in a high speed blender.
Blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cacao nibs, to serve.
