1 medium banana, chopped
2 shots espresso, cooled
250 ml full-fat milk
2 tablespoons coconut butter (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cacao nibs
1 cup ice
1/4 cup shredded coconut, to serve
Add all ingredients besides the shredded coconut into a blender. Blitz on high until all combined and smooth. Pour into two glasses. Top with shredded coconut to serve.
