1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 small banana
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup coconut water
Ice cubes
Place the pineapple chunks, banana, grated ginger, Greek yogurt, and coconut water in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy this refreshing and bloat-fighting smoothie.
