Choc (Plant) Protein Pudding

Method:

  1. Puree Banana (Optional)
  2. Place all ingredients into blender & pulse to desired texture
  3. Refrigerate overnight (or minimum 3 hours)

Hemp, Cacao and Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml nut milk
  • 1 small frozen banana – can be substituted for ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Grass Roots Organic Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tbsp Grass Roots Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Grass Roots Organic Cacao Powder
  • Scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-3 florets of frozen cauliflower, depending on size
  • Small handful baby spinach leaves

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Grass Roots Easy Hemp Milk

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Grass Roots Organic Hemp Hearts(for creamier milk, we recommend 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste – optional adjust to personal preference.
