- 1 cup chestnut flour
- 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped sugar-free dark chocolate
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F or 163°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, chestnut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, rice malt syrup, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
