Greek yogurt with strawberries and cinnamon: Greek yogurt is a great source of calcium and protein, and with the addition of fruit you’ve got a naturally sweet snack. Plus, Greek yoghurt is often creamier than other yoghurt varieties, taking on a creamy consistency. Add cinnamon and any other spices for flavour.  

Chia pudding: Chia seeds combined with water or milk creates an indulgent pudding that's high in fibre and sugar free. You can add seeds, nuts, fruit and yoghurt to the finished product.

Ricotta and berries: This classic snack combo is a great way to satisfy a sweet tooth while still getting some fibre in. It’s a spin on the classic berries and cream as ricotta has a natural sweetness that pairs perfectly with fruit.

Roasted cinnamon and cardamom nuts: Roasting nuts with a sprinkle of cinnamon and cardamom – you can add nutmeg too for that extra touch! – can elevate them into the realm of snack-worthiness.
