Our program would not be complete without sharing some of our best tips and techniques for safe, useful exercises that can be easily applied to any lifestyle, no matter your fitness level. With Pilates instructors featured on our team of experts, you’re in good hands. They’ll be showing you some gentle exercises that can be tailored to your needs, which will also further the benefits that come with quitting sugar.
We know that research shows pairing a healthy diet with moderate exercise leads to even greater health improvements and weight-loss results than diet alone – and we haven’t even gotten into the benefits to mental health. Just 5 minutes of exercise can boost our mood, according to the American Psychological Association, that’s why we’re including these handy workouts in our program to ensure you succeed not just in the program, but in the long run too.
Anthea Counsel is a Melbourne-based Pilates instructor and she happens to be one of the 8-Week Program experts who will be guiding you through some simple, effective exercises. As a long-term chronic pain sufferer, she understands the differing abilities and fitness levels people have.
