Natalie’s passionate about helping women reach their health goals and get to the bottom of their symptoms, having struggled with eating disorders, painful periods, IBS, depression, thyroid issues and a range of food intolerances. These experiences lit the match for Natalie’s path into hormone and gut health through holistic healing – she’s all about taking in the whole picture rather than isolating symptoms. With a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics, Natalie has all the qualifications and accreditations to back her passion.
Natalie’s bio: “I know what it’s like to struggle with your health and the depths at which this impacts and touches every area of our life. I don’t tell you this to win sympathy votes. I tell you this because I’m grateful for my struggles. I also know that having someone who truly cares in your corner can be a big game changer. I’ve felt the power of truly holistic medicine and have full faith in its power and ability to change lives. Guiding you back to health is what brings me the deepest satisfaction. My mission is to show YOU how to listen and interpret the messages your body is trying to tell you and guide you back to a state of vitality.”

Rachel is all about holistic care that addresses the root cause rather than short-term treatments that miss the mark. With Bachelor's degrees in Health Science and Public Health, this health guru is well-versed in the areas of nutrition and wellbeing. She's also a qualified SIBO practitioner, so those of you struggling with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, or any other gut microbiota woes, are in good hands.
Rachel's bio: Rachel Larsson is a qualified naturopath and nutritionist, passionate about facilitating meaningful change and helping women live their best life. She’s an expert in gut health issues, such as IBS and SIBO, as well as bloating, food allergies and intolerances, detoxification and food anxiety. She is also the creator of Bloated to Body Confident, the step-by-step course to uncover the root cause of your bloat, learn how to beat it and feel comfortable every day.
Rachel knows what it's like to have fallen through the cracks of the healthcare system and has turned her experience into her mission to help people reverse the story that feeling bloated and sick is just their normal.
Profession: Functional nutritionist
Fran is one of our passionate experts – as a nutritionist she’s long been interested in health and helping people. She’s all about figuring out the whole picture rather than focusing on the symptoms alone, sharing her tips, wisdom and stories, along with a host of fun interviews on her podcast.
Fran’s bio: Fran Dargaville is a Functional Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition, specialising in Gut Health. She aims to empower people to take control of their health with real food nutrition and lifestyle shifts.
She believes you’re not stuck with your symptoms - they are simply messages from the body that something is out of balance. She does the detective work to get to the root cause of frustrating symptoms like bloating, burning and belly pain, to bring the body back into balance for life.
Profession: Functional nutritionist
With experience and extensive qualifications in human nutrition, sport science and diagnostics, Sheradyn is passionate about holistic health management. Her podcast, Empowered Hormones, is all about educating and supporting people around all things hormones – from the pill to acne, sleep and exercise. She’s also well-versed in the ins and outs of gut health, and she’s keen to share her vast body of knowledge with our 21-Day Program members.
Sheradyn’s bio: A Qualified Gut Health Nutritionist, with a Masters in Nutrition and Postgraduate studies in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, Sheradyn not only has the “head” knowledge but has also experienced gut symptoms first-hand. Having spent years battling chronic gut pain (IBS), bloating, missing periods & food intolerances, she is passionate about helping others get to the ROOT cause of their symptoms! When dieting, supplements & medications didn't work for her symptoms, Sheradyn went on to study Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and now uses a “root cause” approach, which incorporates nutrition, herbs and functional testing to heal those struggling with gut & hormone symptoms.
Her goal is to educate and empower women to listen to their bodies, acknowledge stress and to stop looking for quick fixes and a band-aid approach to their health! Running Labs such as comprehensive stool, thyroid and hormone testing, Sheradyn helps to address underlying imbalances in your body that may appear as “unconnected” symptoms.
