Embarking on the 8-Week Program is more than just a short-term commitment; it's a transformative experience that extends far beyond those 2 life-changing months. Let’s take a look at how our carefully crafted program has made IQS members’ dreams come true – from achieving weight loss goals to having more energy, time and enjoyment in day-to-day life.
The 8-Week Program has been creating waves, and the stories pouring in are a testament to the profound impact it has had on the lives of those who have embraced this transformative journey. The program isn't just a routine; it's a comprehensive lifestyle transformation that addresses holistic wellbeing – that’s right, we’re not about numbers on the scale or calorie counting, we’re about healing your gut with REAL, whole foods and combatting those old sugar habits that drive us toward chronic disease and low motivation. Participants across the board are not just shedding kilos; they are shedding old habits, welcoming newfound vitality, and embracing a renewed sense of self.
So, let's take a look at what everyone's saying about the 8-Week Program!
Rediscovering Energy and Motivation
One of the biggest perks of quitting sugar has nothing to do with the scales – it’s actually about getting your mojo back! So many of our participants find themselves looking forward to starting the day and are excited to bypass that tricky 3 o’clock slump that afflicts so many of us. Participants are reporting a significant boost in their energy levels. They no longer find themselves dragging through the day but instead, are tackling tasks with enthusiasm and vigour.

How is this possible? Well, our meals are based on highly nutritious ingredients that have been proven to boost energy levels. For starters, a high-protein, healthy fat-rich brekkie is your secret weapon against the dreaded 3pm slump, and it can significantly improve your overall daily productivity and energy levels. Here's why it’s essential for setting you up for a successful day:
Steady Energy Release: Protein is known for its role in providing sustained energy. When you consume a breakfast rich in protein, it helps regulate your blood sugar levels, preventing the sharp spikes and crashes that often occur when you consume a high-carbohydrate breakfast.
Enhanced Focus and Productivity: Protein contains amino acids, including tyrosine, which are precursors to important neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine. These chemicals play a significant role in cognitive function, alertness, and mood. A protein-rich breakfast can help enhance your focus, cognitive performance, and overall productivity.
Appetite Control: Protein is incredibly satiating, meaning it keeps you feeling full and satisfied. By starting your day with a high-protein breakfast, you reduce the likelihood of mid-morning cravings and overindulging at lunch. This can help you avoid unhealthy snacks and keep your calorie intake in check.

Improved Mood and Stress Resilience: A protein-rich breakfast can positively impact your mood and stress resilience. Protein helps regulate the production of serotonin, the "feel-good" neurotransmitter. When your mood is stable, you're better equipped to handle daily stressors and maintain a positive outlook.
Our delicious brekkies – from omelettes to brain-boosting bowls, salmon toasties and protein-rich muffins – hit every one of these boxes.
Say Goodbye to Fatigue: Low mood and energy crashes are chronic fatigue is making way for sustained energy. Our members are sharing how after just ONE WEEK they feel more alert, focused, and ready to take on whatever challenges come their way.
Mindful Eating Habits: Through personalised nutrition guidance, specially designed meal plans and expert content, participants are encouraged to develop mindful eating habits. They are discovering the joy of nourishing their bodies with wholesome, nutritious foods, leading to sustainable weight management.

The Perks: Some of the side benefits of the program is the loss of excess weight and an improvement in the appearance of hair, nails and skin. Why? Well, it starts from the inside. The 8-Week Program goes beyond the scale, focusing on overall health. Participants are experiencing not just weight loss but a reshaping of their bodies, improved muscle tone, and a newfound confidence in their physical capabilities.
Mind + Body Health: The 8-Week Program is not just about physical changes; it's about fostering a positive relationship with one's body. Participants are embracing body positivity, appreciating the uniqueness of their journey and the progress they've made.
The Visible Signs: Weight Loss + Skin Health

Now the 8-Week Program is certainly not about losing weight – we don’t count calories or watch the scales, we prefer to focus on nourishing your body from the inside out and taking note of what makes you feel good, rather than stressing about numbers. But that doesn’t mean our members don’t notice a host of visible fringe benefits, from clearer skin to healthier hair and, yes, weight loss. Excess sugar can cause a process known as glycation, where sugar molecules bind to proteins in the body, and this can affect our internal organs and our skin, with the latter referred to as sugar sag. When we consume sugar, it causes our insulin levels to spike, which can lead to inflammation and breakouts. Plus, sugar can damage the collagen and elastin in our skin, which can lead to premature ageing. That’s why cutting out added sugar can have a massive effect on your skin health, and it’s often an unexpected and exciting benefit of quitting added sugar. But let’s take a look at how sugar affects out weight – many of us worry about fat, but it’s actually those sneaky added sugars that are more likely to lead to uncontrolled weight gain. With rates of obesity having tripled since 1975 and billions living with this condition, obesity is one of the major health crises affecting the public. Studies prove that excessive sugar intake is a contributing factor in obesity, partly because it leads to the development of visceral fat – this is the kind that surrounds the abdominal organs and puts people at higher risk for diabetes, heart disease and liver disease. So, not only does too much sugar lead to excess weight gain, it leads to the most dangerous kind of weight gain.

So, is it any wonder that participants find themselves feeling so much better, and not to mention, fitting back into their old clothes again?
We’re Not Just About Food
With all this talk about what we're eating, it’s easy to forget that exercise does play a massive role in overall health. In fact, research shows that combining a healthy diet with exercise leads to far better health and weight-loss results than those who relied on diet alone – not to mention the benefits to mental health. The American Psychological Association revealed that just 5 minutes of exercise can boost our mood. That’s why we share fun exercise hacks to help make it easier, from home exercises and walking tips to dance, yoga and Pilates classes on our portal. The latter two are highly beneficial when it comes to boosting your health, and that’s because yoga and Pilates are designed to enhance flexibility, balance and mental health to help you feel better from the inside out. Research has shown that consistent yoga practice can significantly increase joint mobility and muscle flexibility. Improved balance not only helps prevent falls but also supports better posture, reducing the risk of musculoskeletal issues – that essentially makes it the antidote to sugar, which leaves us feeling weak and sluggish, craving more of a hit to start the cycle over. But yoga and Pilates offer gentle movement that is accessible to people of all fitness levels which helps guide you through your health journey. Here’s why our members are loving the exercise component:
