Amid the litany of New Year’s resolutions lies health and wellness goals – but beginning your health journey doesn’t have to be something you start and forget about weeks later. The 8-Week Program is your key to making a change and sticking to it. Here's why it’s not just a diet, an empty resolution or a fad – it’s a lifestyle.
Research shows that people intend to prioritise their health and wellbeing in the new year, with goals relating to the topic proving to be the most popular resolutions. These include getting more exercise, eating better and losing weight, with the goal of increased physical activity held by 48% of participants. Another study shows that 70% of New Year’s resolutions centre around general wellbeing, and though these are all well-intentioned resolutions, only 9% stick to their goals, with 23% giving up before the first week’s over and 64% throwing in the towel after a month. But the 8-Week Program doesn’t end after 8 weeks – it equips you with tools and techniques to manage cravings, live healthily and enjoy life as you usher in a future of happiness and wellbeing. Here’s how.
A team of experts rallying behind you
We’ve assembled a team of health and wellbeing experts to guide you through the program – from Sarah Glover, world-renowned celebrity chef, and her exciting recipes to personal trainer of Biggest-Loser prominence, Libby Babet with her fun dance classes, there’s no shortage of dedicated experts. Making fun and healthy recipes
Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring – here on the program, we show you how you can use real, whole ingredients to make delicious brekkies, lunches, dinners and even desserts. That’s right, just because we’ve quit sugar, doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy the good stuff! From our rendition of the classic peanut butter cup to brownies, muffins and slices, we’ve got it all – minus the sugar, of course.
Here's one of our fun recipes – and there are many more like this you’ll have to look forward to.
