1/2 banana, mashed
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup almond meal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Mash banana in the mug and stir in almond milk until combined. Add in almond meal, cinnamon and baking powder and stir until just combined, do not over mix. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and top with any nuts on hand - we added walnuts and a dollop of yoghurt for a complete brekkie.
