1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
3 tablespoons unflavoured gelatin powder
1 teaspoon rice malt syrup, optional
In a blender, puree the blueberries until smooth. You can strain the puree to remove any seeds if desired.
Gradually whisk in the rice malt syrup until it's fully dissolved in the coconut milk.
