To Make Dairy Free: Use the almond milk instead of dairy milk to make this recipe dairy free, other plant based milks will also work. Substitute tasty cheese for a vegan/dairy free cheese or nutritional yeast.

As a pescartarian I swapped the beef for fish I had steamed first and added at the last minute. Once veges were cooked I placed in oven dish, laid fish on top and then the mash – soooo delicious!
