2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
½ cup of quick oats
½ cup of milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of blueberries
1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
Pour oats, milk, chia seeds and cinnamon into bowl. Stir until combine.
Place two heaps of greek yoghurt at the bottom on your jar.
Scoop oat mixture onto of greek yoghurt. Then sprinkle blueberries and coconut on top.
Seal jar with lid and store in the fridge overnight. Ready for breakfast in the morning!
