Tis’ the season for smoothies! Get into the spirit of Christmas with this creamy chocolate blitz, full of our favourite festive spices. Leave a glass out for Santa too and you’re guaranteed to make it onto his nice list!
1 1/2 cup coconut water.
1 tablespoon avocado, fresh or frozen.
5–6 frozen coconut cream cubes.
1 cup baby spinach leaves.
1 1/2 tablespoon raw cacao powder.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground.
1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground.
1/2 cup ice cubes.
Blitz all of the ingredients (except the cacao nibs) in a high-speed blender on high until smooth. If you like your smoothie a little less thick, add water.
Serve in a glass or jar with a sprinkling of cacao nibs to serve!
