Hi Felicia, thanks for getting in touch! It’ll just be 5 egg whites from 5 room temperature eggs. And yes – we love using our leftover egg yolks! They’re perfect for custards, tarts and even a classic pound cake – happy airfrying!

Hi Melissa, thanks for your comment! Yes, you can absolutely use dextrose and the recipe will still taste great – but the nutritional profile will change quite a bit as dextrose is a sugar and in excess it could cause some health issues. But a little bit here and there is okay. As we always say here at I Quit Sugar, everything in moderation! Happy airfyring!

How many eggs, approximately, is equivalent to 5 cups of egg whites? Do you ever use the refrigerated egg whites?

Do you think it would work with dextrose? I really hate the taste of stevia, Natvia etc.
