Hey Lis! You can use any kind of nut butter – peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, etc – but just make sure it’s 100% nuts without any added oils or sugars. xx The IQS Team

Hey Janelle! 180 Nutrition has a lot of great protein powders free from added sugar: https://180nutrition.com.au/category/sugar-free/
But you can’t go wrong with any brand that’s free from added sugar and preservatives, just be sure to check the ingredients as the packaging can be deceptive.

Hey Michelle, any of the following will work well as an egg substitute:
Flaxseed or Chia Seed mix: Mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds or chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of water and let it sit for a few minutes until it thickens. This mixture acts as a binder similar to eggs.
Applesauce: Use 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce for one egg. It adds moisture and helps with binding.
Mashed Banana: Use 1/4 cup of mashed ripe banana for one egg. This not only adds moisture but also imparts a subtle banana flavour to your dish, so if you’re not a banana fan you might want to give this one a miss.
Yoghurt: Substitute 1/4 cup of plain yoghurt or dairy-free yogurt for one egg. It provides moisture and helps with the texture.
Enjoy!
